Add the tomato sauce, onion and garlic powders, water and stock to the pan, then stir in the reserved noodles.
- Add potato(es). Add a 1/4 cup more water if needed. Add salt & pepper to your liking. Mix, add bay leaf if using. Let come to a simmer (turn up heat to almost boiling then turn it down to med-low) than cover, cook until potatoes are fork tender.
- Add beans. I added more garlic & onion powder. Add s & p if needed. Stir, let cook covered 3-5min. Serve, I added a lot hot sauce in my bowl.
Do not eat the bay leaf!
